the booking engine and how to choose your room: Using the quote request page:
The above
link will take you to a "Superclubs" information and booking page. At
the very top section it should say "referred by Pole Dancer
Travel-Castaways.
Please do not attempt to save this link as it may not save correctly. Come back to our page and re-click the link if you come back another time to book or get another quote request. Make certain the page always says "referred by Pole Dancer Travel-Castaways" at the top of the page.
On the left
side of the page, there is a box titled "rates and availability"
The first drop down box says "Breezes Bahamas" but you don't want that so open up the drop down list and choose "Hedonism III" Be careful not to choose Hedonism II
Then
choose your departure country.
Next
arrival and departure dates. Our week is from 11/7-11/14 but you can
arrive earlier or leave later if you want more time.
Choose the
number of adults.
Then enter an email.
At the
bottom of that box, click the dark blue "search" button. This will take
you to another page that lists quotes for several different room types.
It will still say Pole Dancer Travel and Superclubs.
How to choose your room:
You can see
the available prices for different room categories. All the rooms are
pretty much the same. Suites are only SLIGHTLY larger but in fact, all
rooms are nice and roomy. The rooms types include "au natural" for nude
and the rest are in the clothing optional or clothing categories.
This simply
refers to the view from the room, much like "ocean view" etc. It does
not mean you have to be nude in the au natural room area ...nor that you
have to be clothed in the other areas. All the buildings for guest rooms
are close to each other so you can dress or NOT dress any way you like
among the rooms or going to the pool/beach. The only time you MUST be
clothed is in the main dining and entertainment areas and lobby. The
only time you MUST be nude is at the nude pool/beach.

the resort which may help you understand better.

As rooms are all similar and the location
of the rooms are actually quite close to each other, we typically
advise new guests to purchase the cheapest room category available.
The resort may look large on the map, but the guest buildings are not
spaced very far apart. The walk from any one guest room to anyplace
else at the resort is not much more than 5 minutes and the difference
among room locations is typically not enough to warrant the extra
cost.
Your other decision is whether
you want the Super inclusive plan or the Hedonistic Delight plan. Both
are all-inclusive which means you do not pay for food, drinks
(including alcohol) taxes water sports at the resort, or airport
transfers and no tipping is allowed at the resort.
Honestly you spend very little time in
your room.
Booking and paying for your room: Be aware that if you wait to book your room, the longer you wait, the greater the chance that the room category you prefer is sold out as there are obviously only so many rooms available in each category.
Once your decide on your room, click "book
now" half way down the page and the next page will confirm the
category you chose. Make certain that everything is correct:
Pole dancer travel/Castaways at the top
The room category you wanted
The dates your wanted
Then continue to complete the form. You
are NOT obligated until you've submitted your personal information and
clicked "submit" on this next page. The following page will then give
you the option of giving your credit card info online or calling to
pay by phone.
The deposit required is $200 per person to hold your room at the current price. Your balance is due 35 days before you leave or you may pay in full immediately if you prefer.
